Terms and Conditions: 

  • All Project Bloom weekly draws comply with the Privacy Act. 

  • Project Bloom does not accept responsibility for lost entries. 

  • The prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred. 

  • There will be no cash alternatives. 

  • All winners will be notified by email or phone. 

  • The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion / offer that Project Bloom has running at the time. 

  • All winners will be required to sign a model release form (see our website for details). 

  • Project Bloom reserves all rights to cancel the competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in their opinion & if circumstances arise outside of their control. 

  • Entrants will be deemed to have understood the above rules and accepted them and agree to be bound to them when entering to win.

Sales Terms and Conditions

  • The total amount of payment must be paid in full within 3 working days of the order date unless otherwise arranged by Flair Studios Limited also trading as Project Bloom Limited.

  • Any money due after 3 days will incur late payment default fees of $65.00 plus GST and an interest rate of 2% per month. Collection fees may also be attributed as a result of late payment. These are 20% of the remaining balance plus $65.00 excluding GST as an additional fee.

  • Failure to pay your account may result in a referral to a debt collection agency. The agency may apply additional fees and charges, and referral to the debt collection agency may affect your credit rating.

  • As all orders are customised, products are personalised and non-generic and because the order will be processed immediately after the presentation orders cannot be cancelled, amended or reversed.

  • Flair Studios also trading as Project Bloom will guarantee the products against any manufacturers defects.

  • The goods will not be released to the customer until all payments have been made.

  • All Photographic works are copyright of Flair Studios and Project Bloom. Flair Studios also trading as Project Bloom retains ownership of copyright but releases the images via digital file for personal use only to the customer.

  • Important - This order cannot be cancelled.

NOTE: This plan is not a Consumer Credit Contract as defined by the Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act 2003 (CCFA) or a Lay-by Sale as defined by the Fair Trading Act 1986 (FTA).

Layby Sales Agreement - Terms and Conditions

  • This lay-by sales agreement is made between the customer and Flair Studios also trading as Project Bloom for the supply of photographic works.

  • The minimum total purchase price for eligibility for this agreement is $500.                                                                      

  • No interest will be charged on the total purchase price of the goods.                                                                               

  • The customer may request a statement showing the balance owing which will be provided free of charge.

  • The customer must provide an initial downpayment of 20% of the total purchase price of the goods when  signing this agreement.                  

  • Payments pursuant to this agreement are to be made weekly, fortnightly or monthly as agreed for a period of 3 months (orders over $500 less than $1300), 6 months (orders over $1300 less than $2500), or 12 months (orders over $2500).                                                        

  • Flair Studios also trading as Project Bloom will guarantee the product against any manufacturers defect. 

  • The goods will not be released to the customer until all payments have been made pursuant to this agreement.           

  • All photographic works are copyright of Flair Studios and Project Bloom. Flair Studios also trading as Project Bloom retains ownership of copyright but releases the images for personal use only to the customer.

  • The client has the right to cancel this agreement at any time prior to taking possession of the goods.

  • In the event the customer cancels this agreement, or the customer fails to make payments at the frequency and amount as required by this agreement, or otherwise breaches a material terms of the agreement, Flair Studios also trading as Project Bloom will:

        a) cancel the order; 

        b) refund the amount already paid by the customer, and 

        c) charge a cancellation fee, calculated based on the reasonable costs incurred resulting directly from this agreement (“The cancellation fee”) 

  • The cancellation fee is calculated on the basis of compensation to Flair Studios also trading as Project Bloom for labour expended in respect of each order but for guidance, can advise the estimate average cost associated with cancelled orders is approximately $400.00. 

  • The cancellation fee may be deducted from the amount already paid by the customer. If the amount already paid is insufficient to cover the cancellation fee, then the balance will be recovered from the customer as a debt. Flair Studios also trading as Project Bloom may take action to recover the cancellation fee and may add the cost of that recovery, including but not limited to collection fees to the cancellation fee. By executing this agreement the customer consents to Flair Studios also trading as Project Bloom providing their information to a third party credit agency in the event of default. The credit agency may apply addition fees and charges and the referral may affect your credit rating.
